To schedule a speaking engagement with me, please use the following forms of correspondence. I usually schedule engagements one to six months in advance. Honorariums are based on the amount, length, and audience size for the presentations. Travel (domestic and international), food, and accommodations are not considered part of the honorarium.

Written speaking requests take 1 to 2 weeks for a response. Sorry, but I don’t have time to answers all surface mail correspondence. If you have a question, please use the blog and I will do my best to respond in a timely manner.
