Dave Ramsey likes Christian Health Care Share Ministries
Have you heard about Christian Health Care Sharing Ministries? They have been around for a while. According to Dave Ramsey they receive very few complaints. They are worth your consideration. I am part of Samaritan Ministries, which is a Christian Health Care Share Ministry, and have no complaints myself. The video below is an endorsement from perhaps the best known Christian financial advisor on the Radio.
The limitations are reasonable
Dave is right about some of the limitations. They include alcohol usage and no smoking. Also, existing conditions may limit Health Care Sharing availabilities. But the amount of savings is well worth making a phone call to see if you qualify. If you can live with what I think are reasonable expectations then this is a great option.
One other quick thought–you can increase your coverage up to $250,00.00 per claim. However, Health Care Sharing isn’t designed for catastrophic situations. This is where life insurance and major medical is needed. You can purchase these elsewhere if you feel the need. A policy that only covers the unusual occurrence of a major medical concern is fairly reasonable.
